Ever since I've had this 44vsl, the latency has absolutely been unmanageable. Any time I open an application that uses sound on my Windows computer, there's an audible "pop" noise that I can hear. YouTube videos, games, FL Studio, anything that creates sound all cause this to happen. I've changed many things, including the USB port which the device is connected to, the latency through the driver (I've tried every one of them), and I've left the sample rate at 44.1. I've also tried changing the block size manually, to no effect. I've uninstalled the driver, and this fixed the issue the first time, but after a month or two, the issue has returned. I'm out of ideas to fix this re-occurring issue. I hear it through my headphones when Windows first boots (as the device is initialized). Usually that's the only time I hear it, but now it's happening on everything. I've had this problem with previous versions of the driver as well, but now am also experiencing it on the latest driver.
I'd like to get a video recording of the issue, but unfortunately, I can't record the audio issue via any software since the 44vsl doesn't like more than one device accessing the driver. I cannot bypass the exclusivity mode anymore. If I use an app like Xsplit to try and access the device while a browser is playing music or sound, the 44vsl will absolutely just stop working at all.
