Question

Studio One.exe reports: "This application requires Windows & SP1 with Platform Update or later.".

But I already have Windows Platform Update (Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64 - setup installed. 

My PC is fully up to date.

When I try to install it again the installer reports: "Update for Windows (KB2670838) is already installed on this computer."

Please can you help me?

This problem was apparently caused by an unrepairable Windows corruption.
I reinstalled Windows 7, Service Pack 1, SP1 Platform Update, PreSonus Studio One 3 (x64) and Universal Control for AudioBox.  

This problem is now resolved. 
Let's hope I don't have any more problems as I want to spend time making music instead of fixing computers.

Hmmm... the minimum specs say Win 7 SP1 x64/x86 in your post above you specified Win 6.1. Hopefully you have set up a My Presonus account, and registered your hardware and software there. I have found it FAR easier to install S1 from that account.
