Hi Andy,
In the support ticket that you submitted with PreSonus, you had indicated that you were running Windows XP as your operating system. Being that is not a supported OS, your ticket was automatically closed and you should have received an email to that effect. If you are not running Windows XP as your operating system, please try uninstalling the program from the Windows Control Panel and re-install the latest version from your my.presonus.com. You can download a new installer from My Products>Software>Studio One 3 Prime from within your account. The error message indicates that the ucnet.dll file is corrupt. This error does not indicate that editing a .wav file outside of the program was the cause.
You may want to also check your hard drive to make sure that it does not have any bad blocks on it. To do so, simply open the Windows Event Viewer and go to Windows Logs>System and make sure that you do not have any errors with event id number 7. Here is an article from Microsoft that explains how to open the Event Viewer.

If the issue persists, please submit a new support ticket from your my.presonus.com account. Make sure that you indicate the correct operating system that you are running and we would be more than happy to assist.
