Hi,

when I import an Ogg Vorbis file into Studio One (1.6) is it converted to other formats, or it is the same file?

If the first one is correct, wich format and why?

If it's the second, why does Studio One tell me that my Ogg Vorbis file at 256 kbps has a bit depth of 32 bit? Is there an error?

Thanks.

Some file formats (like MP3 for example) are converted to *.wav on import.   If you want to know if it does that with *.ogg, drag in an *.ogg file and then right click the file Audio > Select in Pool and look at the bottom of the browser for the file format.  It's it's wav, that means that Studio One converts *.ogg it to *.wav on import like with MP3.
