Will StudioLive 32 III work as audio interface for my new PC if I want to work with a different DAW than StudioOne?

Does UC 2.0 install ASIO drivers?

StudioOne 3 Pro is my main DAW, but I also use Ableton and Reason sometimes for projects compatibility.

Should I buy a separate audio interface and use StudioLive 32 only as MIDI control for DAWs?

OS is W7x64 SP1.

Update March 30th - obsolete. Bought it already and it has. But crashes with Reason.

Yes.

All StudioLive mixers have Windows ASIO drivers provided by Universal Control. This is stated and explained in the Software Reference Manual for StudioLive mixers.
