Question

will this enter any time? In Reaper they have a very detailed plugin for this (knob for velocity, timing, ect.)

So you mean that you would want to randomize different parameters independently? Like, say velocity controlled by one automation lane, and probability (of say, a drum hit) on another automation lane?  Sounds great, if that's what you mean. Actually, still sounds great if you meant something a bit different. You've got my vote.
