Question

I have a Dell OptiPlex 390 and whenever I try to connect my audiobox to it, it won't even show up in possible options for speakers and recording. I followed the instructions and have Studio one completely downloaded. I just don't know how to get my computer to even realize I plugged a device in.

Make sure you have the most recent version of the UC, if you are using the a driver installation disk it may be out of date. If you have already done so it could be a handful of things, try a different USB port and only use the ones on the back, if you have another USB cable try that, its the same as a printer cable, does the light on the Audibox even come on when you hook it up? Also in S1 make sure under configure audio device its set to the Audiobox.
