Answer:

No driver installation is necessary for Samplitude and Sequoia version 10 and above. Simply plug in your FaderPort and launch your application.

1. Go to Options | Program Preferences | MIDI Options….

2. Under System Options, select Hardware Controller and click the “Add New” button. From the pop-up menu, select "PreSonus FaderPort (native)"

Your FaderPort is now ready to use. Enjoy!

If you have further questions about the FaderPort with Samplitude, Sequoia or other Magix application, please know that Magix develops their own Native device profile for the Faderport. PreSonus Technical Support is unable to assist with such inquiries as PreSonus does not develop the profile. The Magix support team has requested us to let our customers know that any questions about the FaderPort can be addressed by referring to your hardware integration guide found with the Samplitude / Sequoia (or other Magix application's) user guide. Other questions can be sent directly to the Magix tech support group who can assist. http://www.samplitude.com/en/contact
