Setting the global time grid to an existing click track

The previous answer didn't do the trick. I have a click track set to an unknown tempo.  In fact it may not even be a discrete tempo, it could be 110.34 for example.  So I have a regioun where I know it's example one bar of 4/4.  I want to use this region to reset the tempo grid precisely so this region will then define the tempo grid.  Really easy to do in Pro-Tools and in Ardour, haven't figured out how to do it in PreSonus yet!
