Question

Hi, I would really like studio one to try.  I tried to download it yesterday and it failed.  I foolishly uninstalled it and now I can't download a new one due to the fact that I have one registered to my account.  What should I do please?

Once the product is registered to your account, you can download it as many times as you want. To download it again, go to your myPreSonus account (https://my.presonus.com) and click on "My Products", select Software, and you should see Studio One Prime listed there.
