Question

We just purchased a Presonus RM32AI digital mixer and I have watched every video I could to set it up. BUT I have experienced 1 problem. I have given all the channels channel types but when I click on the Groups there are no DCA groups. The "Show Auto Filter Groups" is selected to on but I have no groups listed. Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

Make sure you are on the latest versions of the both the mixer firmware (7049) and UC Surface (1.4.1.35113) - both available in your My PreSonus account.
