Question

I have S1 3.5 Artist with the mp3 export add-on. Today I installed the 30 day demo of Professional for evaluation. Now I can no longer export to mp3. The option is gone. When I tried to reinstall the mp3 option it sais it is not compatible, which is understandable as the Pro version should have this by default. What is the solution?

Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

The Studio One 3 Professional Demo unfortunately does not have MP3 support.  Here is a list of what is not included in the Studio One 3 Professional Demo:  http://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/210049993-What-is-not-included-in-the-Studio-One-3-Demo-

You would have to switch back over to Studio One Artist to get MP3 support from the add-on.
