Question

my master keyboard is Korg microkey37.

i've been used it for a long time in cubase7

now i installed studio one 3 prime, and it doesn't recognize my master keyboard

even i connected it to my computer through usb port, when i get in to the Add device menu, i only can choose

'None' in 'Receive From' pop up.

at the same time, i can use my master keyboard very well in cubase. so i don't think that there are some problems on driver of

the master keyboard.

what should i do?

Hi,

Perhaps your microkey hasn't been implemented yet in Studio one 3??? I suggest you ask this as a feature request and see what happens? I'll try and follow along and make sure you get your answer?
