Question

Hi,

I am having a problem using studio one 3 free version.

I can not hear any sound from keyboard (presence).

But I can record, play and listen my voice using my Focusrite and connected microphone.

I changed sound driver to Asio checking if it works, but still no sound from keyboard.

If I click the keyboard no signals are coming and only signals of clicking sounds from mouse can be seen.

I did all installation again and again, but still no progress.

This is so stressful....I wasted all day to fix it.

I need some help.

Software : Studio one 3 (free version)

PC : window 10, 64bit

Sound Device : Focusrite scarlett solo(2nd gen)

You will want to first make sure that you have selected the monitor button for the track that you are trying to play Presence on.  

You will also want to make sure that you have loaded a virtual instrument into Presence.  If you have the Presence window open, make sure that you have selected a preset from the preset drop-down.  

In the Console, make sure that you are routing the instrument rack out to the Main output.
