No. You are trying to use Studio One for the wrong application.
Real Time Audio Processing for masking of voices is a feature provided by some VoIP software. Studio One can monitor audio in real time so you can get the effect, however you'd need another application to re-route the audio output back to your VoIP program (Team Speak, etc). Then you'd have to deal with Studio One running while your game is running, which may affect game performance.
I would suggest instead that you use another program like Voice Meeter Banana from VB Audio which can host plug-ins and re-route audio. PreSonus doesn't make this software, yet it will accomplish what I think you're trying to do.
