New user from Cakewalk Sonar.
Wanting to organize my plugs.
In sonar i was able to create a plug-in menu layout via the plugin manager.
Essentially you would just create folders, EQ, Delay, compressors etc etc
You would then go through your vst's and drag the plug you want to the folders you created, save the layout or layouts and choose the layout you want in the insert.
Simple and effective.

I don't want to use favorites as the will all be mixed together
There has to be an easier way to how it's done in this video, right?

You can do it in the folders view of the effects. I'm an ex sonar guy too, and I just set this up and I'm pretty happy with my organization.
