Question

I was given a tube mic preamp that has its own Phantom Power. When running it between my condenser mic and Audiobox 44 (which also has its own Phantom Power, obviously) which unit should have the Phantom Power engaged? Or would it be both? I'm afraid to run both at once and pump twice as many volts as required/intended through the mic, burn out one unit or the other, etc.

Only the external preamp should have +48v engaged.
