Hi fellow Presonus owners.

I recently got a Presonus Studio 68 USB

Mostly all is working finem running Win10 with 64bit Reaper.

However often i will lose all sound in windows. The hardware is still connected as far as Windows is concerned. But the sound is muted.

Only way to resolve is to power off/on the Studio 68. or reboot system. It can happen when changing between programs, but also on other occasions with normal computer use in browsers etc.

Any ideas are welcome for a fix.

Try to redownload the driver and also go to your device settings, power management and disable the computer chooses to turn off usb power. That maybe your issue.
