Question

I've got my mic plugged into input 1 of my audiobox USB 96 and my guitar plugged into input 2. When I go to record stereo they record on one track and the playback is fine, but when I go to record them on two separate tracks the playback is too quiet to hear in my headphones. The wavelengths are the same size both methods.

I just got the product so everything is up to date and new.

You might check your Audio I/O Setup and make sure you have L and R available.  When recording seperate tracks make sure individual tracks are set to seperate inputs.
