The new iMac with Thunderbolt 3 ports don't recognize my Quantum 2. I have instal the Universal Control and try with diferents cables from Apple and the adaptor from Apple. The Studio One says that there is not audio card.

I don't know what can I do. Thanks.

Same. I am trying to connect my Quantum to a brand new iMac Pro and it is not recognising it.

Have you had any response from Presonus?

Ok I've got it working, with the help of the Support here.

I ran the hardware uninstaller, rebooted, ran the installer again, and then navigated to System Preferences > Security and Privacy, where there was a message saying some Presonus extensions had been blocked, so I allowed them. Rebooted, and now everything is working perfectly.

I hope this helps.
