Question

MS Surface keyboards don't have a number keypad which akes it impossible to use the interval shortcuts for step entry.

Also, if you use international layout, several shortcut keys won't be available anymore like "5" for accents etc. There are so many different key combinations available, could you please find some setup to have them all available on a minimal keyboard? Or even better make them customizeable..
