Question

I don't know how this isn't a feature request in many DAWs but it would be amazing to have the ability to create an automation playlist like you would with audio takes.

Example: I create automation for a guitar line through out a song. I get mix notes back that the band wants me to adjust the automation for this part. Instead of doing as save new project file, or duplicated and automating the new track and muting the previous. A create to automation playlist/duplicate automation playlist function which allows me to create new automation and if I never need to recall any past automation lines it is as simple as finding the previous playlists. There are so many times I wish I had this feature for a lot of electronic sections or samples.
