Question

On my PC it says the highest bit sample rate i can use is 24 but on Studio one it will only let me use 44.1khz. Therefore I can't get my audiobox to connect up with my PC properly.  I'm new to this whole home studio thing and seem to have been stumped at the first hurdle. I have a windows 10 PC and the Artist edition of studio one. Any help is much appreciated!

24bit is not the sample rate. It is the bit depth. All PreSonus interfaces, as far as I know, all have 44.1 sample rate as an option. Studio One defaults to 44.1, and the Audioboxes all have 44.1, so it should be plug and play.
