closed Antares Auto-tune EFX 3 (64bit) causes Studio One 3 (64bit) to stop working.

I just upgraded to Studio One 3 64bit.  When I attempt to add Auto-Tune EFX 3 to a track I get an error message saying that Studio One has stopped working, then it shuts down.  My other Antares vst works fine.
