So I recently purchased a new Focusrite Scarlette 2i2 interface and I have been having issues ever since. First off, I make mostly beats on studio one artist and never had these issues with my much older interface. Ever since the switch, it has been alot of latency issues from when i press the key and to the time it is inputted onto the software. Quantizing just shifts it all to the wrong places as well. I tried to mess around with the settings and fix it only to have more issues arise. Now, whenever I pull up an Impact kit, it plays both the instrument from the kit I just selected and the previous instrument in the same key slot from the previous impact kit I selected. PLEASE HELP ME.

P.s. I record music as well and I did not have any issues with the audio recording (vocals), it was a major step up from my older interface.

PLEASE HELP.!.!.!.!.!.!!!!!

Focusrite devices and drivers appear to have issues with Studio One dual latency audio engine.  In that light, set Options/Preferences > Audio Setup > Audio Device > Processing > Dropout Protection to Minimum to see if your situation improves.

If not, please a support ticket so an agent can assist you.
