closed Note Transpose menu should remember all previous settings for faster use

I think it would be nice if the Transpose menu remembered ALL previous settings on subsequent uses. Right now it remembers everything but the Add/Subtract/Set all to choices, which means there’s still some manual input required for certain repeat edits. Ideally I’d like to select a batch of notes, make my selection, press enter, and for repeat batches just hit Transpose and hit Enter to do the same thing.

Note: on some installations of Studio One this menu defaults to “add/subtract” but on some installations it defaults to “set all to”. Support isn’t sure why.

This in the end could be a bit more practical than making a series of macros for transposing all the common intervals since there could be less mouse interaction.
