Hi,

When adding an Insert FX (e.g. Chorus) into a track, it's normally possible to create automations
for virtual knobs, faders and buttons.
(E.g. Knob1 with value 0 from 01.01.00 till 05.01.00, then knob1 with 127 from 05.01.00 etc.)
Additionally you can turn off/on (Bypass) an FX - as automation.

Is it also possible to do this with a Preset inside of the FX?
This would be easier rather than creating automations for all faders, knobs which get changed.
You would only need to change the preset.

A work-around would be to add the same Insert FX multiple times (with different presets) into the track.
Everytime you want to have a specific preset, you enable the FX and disable the other(s).

However, that wouldn't be a clean solution.

Best Regards

Presets only store settings, not automation, but a FX Chain Preset or Instrument + Effect preset should store any modified parameter ranges from the channel editor.
