We started using SO3 in church with our SL32ai. Our house mix is sounding great. However, our monitor mix, aux sends, IEMs are getting the same effects, dynamics, compression, etc as our main mix. When we just use the board (no SO3) we have independent control over these features in these other areas. But our drums in the in ears (for example) doesn't want the reverb on the snare or the vocalists want a dryer sound in the wedges. Can't seem to find the answer on any forums or tutorials. Love these products, just need to tweak these settings. Thanks in advance.
