Purchased the Studio One 4 upgrade from Studio One 3 Professional over 2 hours ago and it is still not in my account.

Purchased the Studio One 4 upgrade from Studio One 3 Professional over 2 hours ago and it is still not in my account. I received the confirmation email telling me it's in my account as well as the invoice for my purchase.

Anybody experiencing this?

We have a registration issue that is going to be resolved in a few days.

But mine was not a registration issue. Mine doesn't even show up in my account to even download, therefor the fix in that article is of absolutely no help to me. I said this in my original message. What gives?
