Nexus vst installation is complete. However, there is no indication in the browse. The 64-bit path and the option-location-vst plug-in are enabled but not displayed. Ask for help.

I cannot give you a direct answer but I am having installation problems with my existing Waves VST plugins. I have contacted both Presonus and Waves and from what I can gather, the issue lies with the Plugin supplier not being compatible with the new S14. I suggest you contact Nexus and see what they say. I am going to stick to using S13 until these issues are resolved.
