Question

for some reason, I cant find Multi-instrument on my studio one 3 I even went on youtube for help but nothing work. I'm so frustrated right now I can't layer my sound at all.

Assuming you’re using Studio One Pro since only Pro can do Multi Instruments.

The easiest way to do a Multi is to drag and drop an Instrument to a new instrument track, then drag and drop a second instrument to the same track. When the menu pops up asking you to Combine or Replace, choose “Combine.”
