what causes ch 1-12 to not work

I have had this 16.0.2 for about 5 years. I have had minor issues (mostly of my own fault.) there has to be a fix as I cannot afford  to send it back. I love Studio One, but the hardware, not so much any more.

i have tried factory reset, but nothing changed.broken heart
