Studio One 4 doesn't recognize my USB-Keyboard controller: WHY?

Last week I bought Studio One 4 Professional. After a couple of days of trying, reading and searching, I still can't get my keyboard controller (Yamaha PSR-3000, connected with USB) to work in Studio One 4. In my previous DAW, everything still works. So I believe the problem lies with S1.

In S1, at the external devices tab at settings menu, where you should select "receive from", there is nothing where I can choose from.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Best regards,

Raf

This is the problem i'm having connecting my Korg microkey2-61 to Studio one three that I just re-installed. Moreover, I cant get my Korg M1 legacy nor my One Man Band to play anymore either. PLEASE HELP ASAP. Thanks

Has anyone seen this issue mentioned elsewhere? I'm having the exact same problem with a KORG controller and I can't find a solution.

UPDATE: I just stumbled across this video and it fixed my problem.
