Studio One won't update

I am trying to update Studio One 3 from 3.3.3.41198 to 3.5.6.46910.  But the download is failing every time.  Any suggestions?

If you are downloading from inside of Studio One and it's failing, log into your account with a web browser and download it that way.

Everyone just says to go to the Presonus website and do it, but there is no option. What a joke.
