FaderPort Classic - automationrides (Midi Volume) while recording

Hi everyone,

I am absolutely new to SO4 but i've used the faderport for quite some time now.

Is there any way to set up the faderport to control the MIDI-Volume realtime while recording?

unfortunately that i not a current function of the Faderport Classic.
