Question

The changelog for the latest Universal Control (3.3 dated 7/7/2020) update states that "the original FaderPort will no longer be supported in Universal Control from this version forward".
So... any idea what this means? Will it continue to work? I own other Presonus products (Studio 24c and ATOM) so need to keep up with Universal Control, but I don't want to lose the functionality of my FaderPort.

Bump. I just updated UC and now it no longer recognizes my Faderport classic. I regret updating!!!

I have a FaderPort Classic, but I've never used Universal Control with it.  It currently works in Studio One 5.  The only button I'm not sure about is the "User" button because I have no idea what it does anyway.  I also did not test the automation because I don't keep it plugged in.  All other buttons, the fader, and the pan knob work perfectly.  I also did not check the footswitch.  I have never used it.  I don't know if any of this helps you.
