Question

Hello... I purchased the RC500 at amazon, I connected cable and Put on the swich,

it turned on at 1 second and then turned off automatically, then I tried again, but It didn't turn on......
I checked all I know(connection, change cable and socket, etc...)
I doubt only one thing... It is voltage... I connected it at 220V socket with IEC cable... (My country use only 220V)

maybe, is it set at the factory 110V???
But... I checked the fuse box... It is well... no problem... I know RC500's input voltage is 110v~250v 10A
What can I do?

Take it back to the store where you bought it from, however long ago it was so they can assist you with getting it exchanged or repaired.
