Hi, I purchased Studio one 4 pro , I downloaded and registered the product, installed it , but when I open it and its time to activate it, it says that it can't activate it because connection problems so it can't connect to the servers.

my connection works well and I have no firewall on my Mac.

so what I have to do to use it?
