Hi

My computer crashed and could not be restarted. It had to have a new version of windows installed.

I lost all of my PreSonus content (songs) and didn't have a backup. Is my information stored outside my computer automatically like on a PreSonus cloud by any chance?

Is there anyway to retrieve this info?

A long shot I know!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dave,

When your computer crashed and Windows needed a new install, I’m afraid it’s very hard to get your songs back. Especially when they were on the Windows drive.

For the future you can try Splice (www.splice.com) to save you songs online (cloud). I also use an external harddrive and the free version of Syncback to make backups from my songs.
