Question

Hi folks! Im using the PreSonus Live AR16

For recordig live jams with external instruments hooked up to separate channels.. i am recording this to StudiOne and and the reason why a bought the mixer to get all recorded in separate channels in to the DAW.. But when i do changes to the faders on the mixer for example volume or gains on the mixer it dosent have any changes on the recording?? how do i solve this? Really strange...

The USB sends for channels 1-16 on the mixer are post pre, meaning that fader location, mutes, EQ, panning will not be part of the signal out the USB connection. This is the design of the mixer. If you wish to have these included in the signal to Studio One, then you need to record the main left and right which would be ch17/18 to Studio One.
