Question

I have connected a condensed microphone in mic 1. Headphones in rear jack. When I press 48v for microphone I hear a noise in the headphones. When I unpress the 48v deissapear.

Could you help me?

You may have your input turned up to high on the preamp gain. This will grant you the noise floor of your mic pre.
