My headphones are Sony WH-1000XM2 and have a 1/8" cable port. I use a 1/8 to 1/4 cable to connect them to my audiobox usb96
Whenever I connect these headphones to the "phone" port of my interface, they add excessive amounts of noise to my voice input line.
I have tested recording my voice without the headphones on both "Mic/Inst" input ports and they both sound good as long as the headphones are not connected.
The noise only appears when I have my headphones connected as well.
I would appreciate any help with this issue.
