Question

After seaching and trying for 4 days no audio.
Impact meters and markers show sounds are playing but no audio. SO4 looks as though it works smoothly and properly. Wish it did i want to play my new Alesis V49.

Please describe your system setup in more detail, otherwise helpfull advice is not possible.
Have you connected an audio interface to your computer? Have you configured that within  S1?

With that little information we can't say for sure, but it looks like your output are not set right.
