Question

I am using current UC Surface on my IPAD Air 2 with Studiolive 16 series III

When the ipad times out, I tap on it to bring UC Surface back up.  All features are up but, are locked (meaning I cannot control anything.) I have to close UC Surface then reopen it and then everything works.

Why is that? How can that be prevented? This is very annoying when trying to control your sound...

Causes could be a setting on your router to time out, energy saving modes on the iPad or exciting the app while using the other features on the iPad. Review those.
