Please help! I was using studio one normally with my Audiobox before I cleaned out my computer because of storage/virus issues. I redownloaded it and now I cannot use it and youtube at the same time. My Studio One audio device is set to "Windows Audio" when it used to actually say Audiobox. I have not changed my physical setup and I am also using headphones that are connected to my Audiobox. I am using a Windows 10 computer if that helps. Thanks!

Go to "Start" type "Sound" go to your playback device properties, go to the "Advanced" tab and uncheck "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device."

None of the suggestions I have tried worked. Changing the exclusive use setting in Control Panel-Sound, made no difference, uninstalling, updating drivers etc made no difference. Contacting presonus support made no difference, they told me I have an unsupported old version and I could pay them for an upgrade or go and twist. Thanks  bunch Presonus.
