Question

When I Open Studio One 4 artist everything is working fine , my sounds and midi connections from instruments as well as my guitar interface. The only problem is that the audio loops sample audition is not. I tried restarting my computer and as well the studio one 4 artist software  but still no sound. I even checked for updates and I am up to date. I reinstalled as well.                                                  So.... What could be the Problem....
