So I got this audiobox for Christmas and I haven't been able to get it working quite as I'd like. I'm recording with my electric guitar on my laptop using the audiobox and it sounds extremely distorted. Single notes sound okay but chords sound absolutely terrible. This is on Windows 10 64 bit.

Processor: AMD A10-9600P RAEDON R5 2.40GHz
FIXES I'VE TRIED
Updating Drivers
Trying every USB input
Using different cables to connect my guitar to the audiobox
Adjusting volume/gain
Monitoring CPU/RAM/Disk usage during recording (all fine my CPU doesn't go above 45%)
