I get the following message in StudioOne when I attempt to activate the software: "Request failed ()".

But my password, username (CraigGoodrich), and product key have been checked mulitple times.  

I got my product key from PreSonus on line in my account. (So I know my username is password is correct) I re-loaded Studio One 2 from your website.  

I recently upgraded my computer to OS X El Capitan V 10.11.2.  I have a 2015 MacBook Pro, Retina, 3.1 GHz Intel Core i7 with 16 GB memory

I have BitDefender Anti-Virus for MAC, but I don't have an option to turn it off.

Hi,

Hi, I have bitdefender (PC) and I can disable it??? Have you tried activating from your account? as in downloading, then opening it and copy past your key when prompted?  If you have then have you ntried a Tech service ticket? sometimes people have multiple accoun ts and are unaware of it, and other issues only they can solve for you.
