I suggest adding more jazz articulations.  Improve playback to play actual rhythms instead of incorrect rhythms.  Consult with someone who is familiar with the idiom.

Notation (IOS 13) plays the eighth note that is tied to the triplet (notes above the syllable „la___“) as a separate note.  It is not extended to the last note of the triplet. The same thing happens when notes are tied across bars, but other voices have no tied notes at this point.
