Question

using the studiolive series 3 I cannot complete a test as it comes up incomplete and therefore it wont allow me to record on to it

I have changed out the sd card and the new card test also come up incomplete

I'm using the 32gig uhs 3 with 90mb transfer mode on both cards and cannot record on either of these

I have formatted both of the cards with the SD format utility as recommended by Presonus and both of them formatted no problem

the presonus studiolive 16 version 3 has the latest firmware so at a lost to know what is going on and why I cannot record to the SD card

It seems that you are doing everything right, so the only thing left to do ist to open a service ticket. Let the guys of PreSonus know your hardware problem. The SD card slot might be defect.
